Sruthi Yalaka is an alumnus of BITS Pilani and the Indian School of Business, Hyderabad. She currently manages the marketing and business development teams at ResellerClub. She is an active marketing professional with great insights in Databases Analytics, Product Management, Business Development, Business Analysis, Business Strategy, Business Analytics, Market Research, Competitive Analysis, Team Management, Management Consulting, Business Intelligence and CRM Technology.

Dushyanth joined Directi in 2002 as a Systems administrator and went on to build and manage the techops teams to run all of Directi's web-presence and internet advertising products. Prior to that, Dushyanth spent 3 yrs writing code in C and Java. In his current role, Dushyanth heads the technology teams at Endurance (APAC) and builds and runs all our web presence products across various geographies.

Lavita heads all Human Resources for Endurance India and oversees end-to-end people strategy encompassing talent acquisition, recruitment operations, learning and development and workforce retention to ensure that the ResellerClub team is staffed by the best minds in the world. As part of the team that sets the tone for work culture, Lavita strongly believes in the power of leadership as a performance-multiplier at an organization level and she is passionate about out of the box HR interventions. Prior to joining Endurance, Lavita led the Center of Excellence for Employee Engagement at Mahindra Group. Her earlier experience spans human capital consulting at Mercer, managing global OD interventions and strategic HR at GlobalLogic and Patni.
